Coolside Co. ("Coolside," "we," "us") operates the website at coolside.store and sells physical wellness products. By purchasing from us or using our site, you agree to these terms.
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any change will not affect orders already placed. Product descriptions are as accurate as we can make them — if you receive something that doesn't match the description, contact us and we'll make it right.
We do not sell supplements, pills, powders, or any ingestible products. Our products are physical wellness goods (pillows, blankets, wearables, journals, etc.).
Orders are processed via Shopify. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments and PayPal. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or where payment fails, and we will notify you if this happens.
Orders are submitted to our fulfillment partner within 1 business day. Delivery to the continental US typically takes 5–14 business days. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $50; a flat $6.95 applies below that threshold. We ship within the 50 US states and DC only at this time. Shipping confirmation with tracking is sent by email when your order ships.
We stand behind our products. If any Coolside item doesn't earn its place in your routine after 60 nights of honest use, return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
Items damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost. Send a photo to hello@coolside.store within 30 days of delivery.
Discount codes (including WELCOME10) are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise. They cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. Codes have no cash value and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly allowed.
